Absolutely! You'll get a call from one of our lovely representatives before or after you sign the purchase agreement.
Can you ship my horse trailer?
YES! The trailers can be shipped directly from our storage facility anywhere in the USA and Canada. We also ship internationally. Please contact us for current rates.
Why don't you offer free shipping?
We do not include shipping in the trailer price so customers pay less. Delivery cost is calculated at checkout depending on distance and method.
Can I pick up my horse trailer?
YES! You may pick up your trailer directly at our storage facility. Visits must be booked by appointment.
Do you sell all trailers shown on the website?
Not all trailers are in our possession. Some are sold by private owners. Always check availability before ordering.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 5–25 days depending on shipping method. Express shipping may take only a few days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank wire transfer. This is safe and protected by bank-level security.
Do you offer financing?
Not yet. We work with lenders and will add financing soon.
Do you accept trade-ins?
No. To keep prices low, we do not take trade-ins. Selling privately gets you a higher value.
How come your prices are so much lower?

Does my horse trailer come with a warranty?
New trailers include an 8-year frame warranty and a 1-year components warranty. Used trailers include a 2-year structure warranty and 6-month components warranty.
